Mood Cooking

Mood-cooking takes meal success and recipe organization to a whole new level: recipes paired by mood!
If you are feeling indulgent, withdrawn, adventurous or fickle – use that self awareness to enhance, support or lift your mood through food!
Whether you are cooking for one or cooking for many, knowing your audience is critical to meal success. It doesn’t matter how great a masterpiece you whip up, if you or your audience is not in the right mind set to enjoy it then your efforts have gone to waste. Be attentive, ask questions, determine the mood in the air and cook accordingly for the greatest meal experience.
Consider this: the average life expectancy is 78.4* years of age. That amounts to 85,410 meals in an average lifetime including breakfast, lunch and dinner. To put it in perspective, if you are 40 years old today, you have 41,610 meals remaining; and if you skip breakfast, like most of America, you have 27,740 meals remaining. Food is life. Meal time provides the avenue to which we can enjoy it more and grab the substance that makes up our lives. An opportunity to engage with friends and family, create memorable moments, inspire stimulating debate and dream up our future innovations. Based on the meal time table, time is precious - make every meal count!
Choose foods by mood to elevate every meal experience and take it a step further by engaging in mind-stimulating Table Talk.
